Pie Boy was born in 1992, the same year South Korea criminalized the act of tattooing people's bodies. Tattooed from head to toe, Pie Boy embarks on a journey of self-discovery and introduces us to three women who defy the law daily by living from their passion: writing pieces of themselves on other people's skins.
